How we validate this acceptance. When you submit this form we generate a 21-byte random token, persist a row in our CATNdaAcceptance-staging DynamoDB table with your name, email, company, IP, user-agent, and timestamp, and set that token as an httpOnly + Secure cookie on your browser. Every confidential page and gated download verifies the cookie against the database row on each request, and the row is bound to the version of the NDA you accepted. Acceptances expire after 30 days; visit this page again to re-attest. For executed contracts we still recommend a counter-signed wet-ink or DocuSigned NDA — request via chris.larson@complianceassessmenttool.com.
